To confirm your group's availability or to update your planned menu, please
contact Lee and Stephanie Douma (thedoumas@gmail.com).
Please do not let a full calendar below discourage your group from trying
to serve!!!! We want as many new groups as possible from the community
to serve, and we WILL make a place for you. Please do contact us if you
are interested in serving--we will certainly not turn you away!
We are asking for groups to pick up a key at the HUB on Mon., Wed., or
Fri. between 10 and 2. When you are finished serving, you can leave the
key in a spot shown to you when you pick up the key. While picking up
the key you can familiarize yourselves with the kitchen. Call Brenda Deckard
(918-2453) if you have any questions about this procedure.
